We held out for as long as we could to gather as many friends and collaborators as possible, but time is up, the horizon is upon us. This coming September, Becoming Press is celebrating the release of their 10th book, with a conference in Venice, Italy, or, as we would say back in Cyprus—“Πάμε Βενετία!”; let's go to Venice.

Unable to simply sit and rest in the sun, we have organised a series of events that are somewhere between lectures and hang-outs, featuring a surprising amount of Becoming Press’ authors and collaborators, including Lucas Ferraço Nassif, Alessandro Sbordoni, Christian Nirvana Damato, MeltdownYourBooks (sort of), Marek Poliks, Roberto Alonso Trillo, Alberto Ricca, and your hosts, Polymnia & Claire. This event is supported by our media partners bruno & Inactual Magazine, who have been indispensable in the planning of this event. 

The intention is to film all of these (mono/dia/audio/anono-)logues, and to present them at a later date online, as a conference series and as a documentary. All the events are free, but as we are filming everything, so we ask that you please inform us directly if you do not wish to be deliberately or incidentally included in these videos.
